| The Internet has changed
how we live, work and communicate. End-users see the Internet on the
front-end as a user-friendly vehicle. However, most users are unaware of
the complex back-end with its infrastructure and the different organizations
needed to provision the Internet to the desktop. We are the bridge between
our clients and the companies that provision the Internet: the Internet
service provider, the telecommunications company, the equipment manufacturer
and the company that registers the names for our clients. They all must
work together to make the Internet a reality. We develop IP address schemes to work with static IP addresses and DHCP servers. We establish DNS records, MX records, and A records. We communicate with telecommunication companies in DLCI and SPID numbers or esf formats and b8zs line code formats. We use this information to configure the router that allows you to access the Internet. At the desktop level we configure the browser to communicate through the router for Internet access. We install the latest security patches on the browser to minimize a security breach. All of this work is done behind the scenes so that our clients can use the Internet as a productivity tool.
