includes solving problems with the installed technology, or it may include
introducing new technology – whichever our clients prefer. We present a
business justification for either approach along with calculations for
return on investment and total cost of ownership. For the large business customer we work with management along with the IT staff on proposed changes. In particular we consult on issues that need to be taken into account before any changes are made. While a change may yield the desired result, it may also create other issues. We can help plan for these other issues. For the smaller customers we focus on helping them function at or near the state-of-the-art technology level so that they can maintain a competitive position.
